The Relaxation Station at Swan Center is a peaceful retreat tucked into the rolling hills and whispering woods near Hohenwald in Southern Middle Tennessee. It was created for people who are serious about self-care.

Swan Center was created as an environment where you can truly enjoy the outdoors in all her glory and reconnect with your Divine nature. It is intended to meet a universal spiritual need.   We intend for every aspect of this space to support expanded awareness where healing and growth may occur.

This is the “sole-soul” purpose.

Swan Center follows certain principles, such as collaborative teamwork, encouraging creative expression, finding inspiration and benefits from forest and plant therapy, soil building, repurposing whenever possible to conserve resources, stacking functions, co-creating with Nature to build more beautiful surroundings, and supporting Amish and other local tradespeople and suppliers.

Whether this is your first time seeking intentional rest, or you are familiar with holistic wellness practices, you will feel invited, seen, and welcomed from the moment you arrive. The Relaxation Station is part of the larger Swan Center community, a place where nature, art, healing, and mindful living come together to support whole-person wellbeing.

Kathleen Rosemary, the heart behind this sanctuary, brings years of experience as a Tennessee-licensed massage therapist and energy medicine teacher. Her approach is deeply personal, intuitive, and grounded in a belief that each person knows best how to rest, heal, and grow.

What makes The Relaxation Station at Swan Center special is how it blends massage, energy work, self‑care coaching, and nature immersion into a cohesive experience. Sessions are personalized to your needs. If muscles are tight or discomfort is lingering, the work you receive might include massage techniques that soothe and relieve tension. If stress feels more like a mental fog, guided breathing and energy balancing can help clear the mind. If your goal is emotional or spiritual rejuvenation, coaching and reflection support you to be open to new perspectives.

Many guests find the session surprises them. Some discover stretches to ease long‑held physical tension. Others learn simple practices to take home, making self‑care an ongoing part of daily life rather than a one‑time treat. If you bring a friend or loved one, you can even share the experience and walk away with mutual tools to care for one another.

Many guests extend their visit by staying in one of the cozy cabins on the land. These cabins are simple, comfortable spaces where you can sit on the porch with a warm drink, walk through gardens and winding paths, or just let nature’s rhythms slow your pace. Some people may choose to stay a couple of nights, while others actually live within the community for an extended time.

We abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, and smoking on site in order to practice awareness, allowing the senses to be attuned to the subtle. A natural “inebriation” comes from savoring the “nectar” of Presence. When Grace shows up, it’s often quick, and we don’t want to miss It.

The center asks that pets be left at home to reduce distractions. The focus is on your personal well-being.
